Delivery areas
We currently deliver to South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Eswatini and Lesotho. Additional African destinations can be quoted on request.
Order processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12:00 may be dispatched on the same business day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier schedules, customs clearance, weather, remote locations or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are based on the delivery destination, order weight and dimensions, and the selected courier. The final charge is confirmed before payment. Bulk orders, pallets and special deliveries may require a custom freight quotation.
Free delivery
Free-delivery promotions may apply to qualifying orders from time to time. Any such offer and its conditions will be displayed on the relevant product or promotional page.
Cross-border deliveries
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch where available. Inspect the order on delivery and report damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders within 48 hours by emailing [email protected].
