Delivery

Currently, we only offer standard delivery to your door within 3 to 5 working days. During peak periods there might be delays.

If delivery isn’t convenient, you can choose to collect from our Isando depot pickup points.

Delivery takes between 2 to 3 working days. During peak periods there might be delays.

If you live in a remote or outlying area please expect delivery to take a little longer as these areas are only serviced by our couriers weekly.

Please note that if you’ve ordered multiple items they might be sourced from different stores or warehouses and might come in multiple deliveries. The tracking information will show the most up to date information for each item.

Unfortunately you can’t change your delivery address from what was chosen in checkout. If there is a problem with the address you supplied please contact our Contact Centre on  +27(0)10 442 3098 and they will do their best to assist.

We fulfil items from many warehouses and stores to ensure we have the widest range of products available for online shopping.

This means if you order many items, or from many Click Clean brands, we might need to source the items from multiple places resulting in multiple deliveries.

If an order couldn’t be delivered as our couriers were unable to reach you or due to an incomplete or invalid address, we will try and contact you to arrange a second delivery.

If, after three attempts, we are still unable to successfully make delivery, we’ll return the parcel back to our warehouse and process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that this might take 10 to 14 working days.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Product and Proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note

That a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.       Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If your card transaction has failed the most probable cause is a bank decline. Our credit card provider acts as a middleman between Click Clean and your bank to process payment. The ultimate authorisation for a credit card payment comes from your bank.

Common reasons include: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, daily limit exceeded. Some banks or bank accounts disable debit cards for online payments, so it’s best to contact your bank to enquire further.

Navigate to My account & My orders and select My orders. Locate the order you need to pay for and click on the order number. Click Complete Payment which will take you to checkout to finalise payment.

If there is no Complete Payment button, please wait 15 minutes for the system to update and try again later. You will only be able to complete payment via Credit or Debit Card.

You have 24 hours to complete payment on an order before it is cancelled.
